Best Invention Ever!

I've had a crazy craving for chocolate, and, having finished off the truffles I made a few weeks ago, I decided to have a hot fudge sundae.

Only one problem: no more hot fudge.

So what do I do? I improvise.

I had some leftover amaretto truffle filling in the fridge. After heating it up, I poured it over my ice cream and it got hard damn near instantaneously, creating a lovely shell over my ice cream.

I am now enjoying a lovely bowl of ice cream with the added benefit of a bit of alcohol and chocolate.

Today wins!

(and yes, I know Hershey already has something with the shell, but it doesn't have the alcohol, so I win)
